Scott Blackburn
President / SEPTIC SYSTEM SPECIALIST
Scott founded Blackburn Drainage, Inc in 1978 and has been steering the company ever since. Scott is a licensed contractor and handles project development, daily operations, equipment operation, and client relations.
Joanne has maintained the company office since 1978 and is the Chief Financial Officer of Blackburn Drainage. Joanne manages company finances as well as computer resources.
